in fact, a name is like a magic bean designed specially to grow me a knowledge beanstalk. he's out there using his real name, i'll get all the way down to his netflix watchlist eventually. if he peed his pants at a fourth-grade soccer game, i'll know about it. or i got facial recognition, buncha database access, whatever.
